Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any products purchased during a clearance sale. For all other orders, we provide hassle-free returns,exchanges and refunds.

Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery of the item. Please submit your request by email to help@peppythreads.com

 

  1. The reason for the return or exchange must be included in the email. Please share pictures which show the products in its original, undamaged and unused condition with all of the labels and hang tags still attached and intact, as well as photos of the product in its box.

 If you do not follow the instructions above, we will not be able to process your refund owing to lack of essential information. As a result, your request will not be considered for approval.

 After we have approved your request, your purchase will be picked up within 2-3 working days of receiving it.

 If there is a significant product fault, which is very uncommon, we will make every effort to accommodate you. The procedure will be the same as it was before.

Refunds

 

For refunds, please email us with your order number on help@peppythreads.com

Once the return pick-up is completed, the products will go through a quality check process. As soon as it is approved, your refund will be processed withing 5-7 business days.

Please note :

The refund will not include the shipping cost

Refund can only be done in original source of payment

In case of COD orders, our customer service representative will get in touch with you to take your account details.
