Shipping & Cancellations
Our logistics partner should be able to deliver to your specified delivery address.
If your purchase is unable to be fulfilled, you will be notified via email from our customer support team within 7 days of making the order.
Delivery in accordance with industry standards
Orders are processed, packaged, and ready to ship within 48 hours after receipt of payment. We suggest that you place your purchase before 11 a.m. if you want it to be handled the same day.
Policies Regarding Cash on Delivery
You will be required to pay the order amount to our courier partners when the delivery is delivered to you if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
You will only be able to pay in cash, if it is requested. For COD orders, we do not accept payment by cheque or demand draft.
No extra fees (such as octroi, etc.) should be paid to the courier personnel, and you should refrain from doing so. The total amount of your invoice includes all fees and charges.

Orders that have already been sent cannot be cancelled. If you have any unusual situations, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
